Who We Are
We specialize in creating sustainable DATA solutions for cities, schools, and individuals worldwide.
|
MissionTo help hundreds of millions of people create a sustainable happy life. We do this through programs that directly impact individuals, businesses, and global communities.
|
Programs
Celebrate Cities Program
In partnership with the Center for People Analytics, the program focuses on DATA collection, research, analytics, AI, and creating a common language between employers and job seekers. |
Celebrate Schools Program
We prioritize under-funded and high risk schools, but we do work with all types of schools and universities. Our goal is to provide each student with the resources they need to find a sustainable career. |
Capabilities Program
We partner with organizations that help persons with disabilities ranging from the ages of high schoolers to adults. Our focus is on career planning and job matching using DATA. |
DATA Solutions
Try On Jobs
A job search tool that connects our DATA with AI to provide actionable job information and resources for individuals globally. Try On Jobs can be customized for businesses and career centers. |
City Dashboard
A dashboard for a city that collects blind DATA to find patterns or gaps in job opportunities, skill training, and education in order to create sustainable solutions for employment issues. |
Classroom App
An online application using DATA to make managing the different personalities and learning needs of students easier for teachers. |
Vision
Job Seekers
Help over 100 million job seekers in the next 5 years find a sustainable career path. |
Education
Help over 1 million schools and universities in the next 5 years create a sustainable career pipeline for students. |
Cities
Help over 1,000 cities in the next 5 years create a sustainable ecosystem through schools, job centers, non-profits, and businesses. |
Locations
Ways we Plan to Engage with Communities
Pop-Up Career Centers
Before settling on locations for our City DATA Centers, we will be hosting pop-up career centers in different cities. The center will offer free career planning guidance to anyone 16 and up and will include an optional session with a career counselor. A computer lab will be available so that anyone can have access to Try On Jobs. It will also host career/internship events and speakers discussing different industries. |
Interactive Career Conferences
Similar to an interactive museum exhibit, activities, and information will guide a person through listening, reading, and engaging with technology. With careers being the theme, it will guide someone through a personalized experience based on their DATA blueprint. The goal will be to help the attendee understand their job capabilities and navigate them through career possibilities. |
Fundraisers
Events to help us raise funds for our community programs will include partnerships with local businesses and nonprofits. The goal of our fundraisers will not just focus on us but will be about spreading awareness of key issues and engaging our supporters to come up with solutions of their own. |
Let's work together.
